4 BR/2.5 BA Lake House | Pets OK | Fire Pit | Dock

This is a wonderful place to spend time in upstate NY. It’s a short drive from Interstate 81 and located on beautiful Song Lake. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. There are two large family spaces on the main floor to gather in with four bedrooms upstairs. There is a well-equipped exercise room in the basement. The house is well cared for with plenty of extra bedding and towels. Outside there are multiple areas to sit and relax. There is fire pit by the lake to gather around and there was already wood set up in the fire pit when we arrived. Fishing rods were also provided and all set to go. We caught lots of fish fishing off the dock and you can’t beat the beautiful views of Song Lake. There is air conditioning in all the rooms and there is even a backup generator. The house and neighborhood are dog friendly. Overall this is a great place to enjoy your vacation.

We had an amazing week at the lake house! The house is roomy, furnished just right, accessories were lovely. Bedding, towels, towels for swimming, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher... all provided. The kitchen was set just right and we had everything we needed to make meals. The patio and yard were lovely - the sun shifts during the day but there was always somewhere to enjoy the sun or shade, depending on what you wanted. We loved having the kayaks available and fished off the dock. The workout room was well used too! We did explore the area and went hiking but were really content to be at the house and enjoy the lake and environment. We would definitely consider returning to this house!
