Cozy 1 BR Lakefront Retreat | Fire Pit | Patio

We stayed at this cute little house on the lake. The house was clean, quiet & cozy. Nick was very attentive when we needed a propane tank for the fire pit. We brought our boat & were able to dock it right on the property & were able to launch it 2 minutes away. Our well behaved dog had a blast. We are already planning to come back either in the spring or early fall of next year. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

This is a beautifully located, one bed-room house right on Oneida Lake.The house was clean & well-stocked with kitchen utensils, and cookware. There is a Keurig coffee maker with many pods. It' s quiet area. The patio is great & there are kayaks which are easily boarded & launched because the patio slopes right into the water. There's also a propane grill. The only drawback (for me - I'm seventy years old with rather bad knees) was that the bedroom is up a long, steep flight of stairs. Nonetheless, it was a cozy & comfy room & I slept very well in the comfy king-size bed.

We had a great stay. The place is a quiet, cozy gem on the water. The host had all of the basics we needed stocked and communicated well throughout the process.

The place is great - right on the water! The house isn’t large but makes the most of the space. The kitchen was SO well equipped too! Great outdoor area, although it was super windy while we were there so we couldn’t eat outside, or use the kayaks because the water was very choppy. But it’s a great place to stay for a quiet getaway! Would highly recommend!
